Rearranging lots of panels causes performance issues when CanvasGroup is present during runtime
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Play Mode
Result: huge performance drop due to rearranging panels when CanvasGroup is present
Reproduced on 5.3.7p2, 5.4.4f1, 5.5.0f3, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3
Notes:
-Currently the project is set to contain 300 panels. The issue starts to become apparent at around 170

Latest issues
- Entities Systems window has a “Show Full Player Loop” dropdown which does nothing when clicked after enabling “Show Full Player Loop”
