[Realtime GI] Mesh flickers in Scene/Game view when the object is selected and Inspector window gets redrawn
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1232203-GI-mesh-flicker.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("scene_test")
3. Enable "Realtime Global Illumination" in the Lighting settings
4. In Hierarchy, select the "Cube" object
5. Move mouse inside Inspector window to force window redraws
6. Inspect Scene/Game view while moving the mouse
Expected result: Cube object does not flicker
Actual result: Cube object flickers
Reproducible with: 2019.4.0f1
Couldn't test with: 2018.4 (errors after downgrade), 2020.1, 2020.2 (Realtime GI is deprecated)
Notes:
1. In the repro project, the issue does not reproduce when "Sky and Fog Volume" object is disabled
2. Disabling "Realtime Global Illumination" option in the Lighting settings fixes the issue
