RaycastCommand maxHits parameter does not have any effect on how many hits the Raycast returns
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Enable Gizmos in the Game View
3. Click Play
4. Observe Game View
Expected result: The green line goes through all cubes
Actual result: The green line stops at the first cube
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.3f1, 2021.2.0a13
Workaround: You can recast the ray at the hit point to get the multiple hits
