RangeAttribute does not display the correct value when the range contains a negative value
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “RangeAttributeBug“
2. Open the Scene “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene”
3. In the Hierarchy Window select the “Main Camera” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window observe the “Test” script
Expected results: Slider visually represents the assigned value
Actual results: The range indicator is missing or misplaced
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b6, 2022.2.11f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.0b5, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0b7, 2023.2.0a6
Fixed in: 2023.1.0a1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Note: The issue is not reproducible when the “Use IMGUI Default Inspector” option is enabled.
