Range slider mouse dragging in the Inspector breaks when a ListView with custom bindItem is added
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “RangeSliderBug.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. In the Hierarchy window, select the “Testy” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window, click and drag on the “Range” slider
5. Observe the Inspector window
Expected results: The slider can be dragged
Actual results: The slider can not be dragged, you can only click to move it
Reproducible with: 2022.3.28f1, 2022.3.33f1, 6000.0.7f1
No reproduction with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.27f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
