[Range] Attribute in a nested class breaks serialization functionality when used in a custom Editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open supplied Project
2. In the Project window, select foo_test object
3. Edit the values of the Scriptable Object inside the Inspector window
Expected: no errors are thrown
Actual: the slider disappears and multiple errors are thrown in the console, Editor becomes semi-frozen
Reproduced in: 2019.3.0f3, 2020.1.0a17
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.35f1 (Cant test due to errors), 2018.4 (Cant test due to errors), 2019.2 (Cant test due to errors)
Note: Not 100% reproducibility, the errors seem to appear randomly
