[QuickSearch] Drop-downs for Provider Settings in QuickSearch Preferences window cannot be changed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project(QuickSearchPreferences.zip)
2. Open the Preferences window
3. Select the Quick Search tab
4. Attempt to change any of the drop-down settings(e.g. from Select Asset to Open Asset)
Expected result: the setting can be changed
Actual result: the old setting is retained
Reproducible with: 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0a26, 2020.2.0a1
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1, 2018.4.18f1(regressed package version unavailable)
Reproducible with package versions: preview.3 - 1.6.0
Not reproducible with package versions: preview.2 - 1.6.0
