[Quest][URP] Lens Flare is not visible in Scene when project is built for Oculus
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "SampleScene" Scene in the attached project "LightFlaresTest.zip"
2. Go to Edit > Project Settings > XR Plug-in Management
3. In XR Plug-in Management make sure that Oculus selected in Plug-in Providers
4. Build and Run for Android Platform
5. Observe the Sun in the Build
Expected result: There is a Lens Flare near the Sun
Actual result: There are no Lens flare
Reproducible with: 12.1.4 (2021.2.13f1)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.5 (2021.2.14f1, 2021.2.15f1), 13.1.7 (2022.1.0b11), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a7)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.30f1) - Lens Flare (SRP) Samples are not available
Reproducible with device: VLNQA00417 - Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650, OS: 10
