[Quest] Error “XRStats::SetStatFloat failed. Stats queue full! Stats for this frame will be lost.“ is present when disabling the XRDisplaySubsystem
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Connect the Quest 2 with Oculus Link
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Click on the Game view window and press the “P” key
6. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No Errors exist and no frames are lost
Actual result: Error “XRStats::SetStatFloat failed. Stats queue full! Stats for this frame will be lost.“ is present
Reproducible with: 1.7.0 (2021.3.35f1), 1.10.0 (2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.10f1, 2023.3.0b8)
Reproducible with devices:
VLNQA00379, Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- OpenXR 1.8.2 and above does not decrease the FPS when the screen of Quest 2 is disabled
- Not reproducible with Oculus XR
- Reproducible with Windows Standalone Player
