[Quest 2] Crash when Project is built to Oculus 2
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project “CrashBugRepro”
2. Open “Assets/3D Model” Scene and add it to the “Scenes in Build” in Build Settings
3. Build and Run on Oculus 2
Expected result: Project runs without issues
Actual result: Project crashes upon starting, after Unity logo finishes loading
Reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.3f1, 2023.1.0a25
Reproducible on: Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Built using MacOS 12.4 (Intel)
