Publishing Settings are shared across different custom Build Profiles when modifying Build options
Reproduction steps:
1. Make sure the Editor version has an Android module installed
2. Open the attached “IN-118843.zip” project
3. Go to File > Build Profiles
4. From the left, select “Android Profile 1” profile
5. Scroll down to Player Settings > Publishing Settings > Build > Custom Main Manifest
6. Make sure the “Custom Main Manifest” checkbox is set to true
7. Select the “Android Profiles 2” profile
8. Navigate to the same “Custom Main Manifest” checkbox
9. Uncheck it to set it to false
10. Observe the “Custom Main Manifest” checkbox in the “Android Profile 1”
Expected result: The checkbox remains checked
Actual result: The checkbox is unchecked
Reproducible with: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.11f1, 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0a4, 6000.5.0a1
Couldn’t reproduce with: 2023.3.0b1 (Custom Build Profiles did not work)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
