Property fields overlap in the Override window when comparing changes
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Select “Long Prefab” in Hierarchy
4. In Inspector, click on Overrides dropdown
5. Select “Long Mono (Script)”
6. Observe the opened window
Expected result: Property fields do not overlap and the scrollbar is present
Actual result: Property fields overlap
Reproducible with: 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.28f1, 6000.1.0a6
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
