ProjectSettings.asset is in binary no matter what Asset Serialization mode is chosen
To Reproduce:
1. Open hyperios project
2. Build it
3. In unity project settings folder ProjectSettings.asset is binary
Expected results: ProjectSettings.asset is in text
Actual result: ProjectSettings.asset is in binary
