Project Window forgets its search location when the Editor is restarted and a script is recompiled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Project Window Search Area Bug.zip"
2. Search for "new" in the Project window
3. Use the dropdown to change the search location from "In Assets" to "All"
4. Close the Editor
5. Repeat step 1
6. Right-mouse click on any script in the Project window
7. Click "Reimport"
Expected results: The dropdown is still set to "All"
Actual results: The dropdown has reverted to "In Assets"
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
