Project window file path explorer is not opened when "Show In Explorer" is pressed
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ShowInExplorer.zip" (or any other poject)
2. In Project window, right-click on any file -> Show in explorer
3. Observe opened window
Expected result: an explorer with correct path is opened up
Actual result: an explorer with the default ("This PC") path is opened up
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.12f1, 2020.1.0b8, 2020.2.0a9
