Project view sorting order differs from the hierarchy sorting order
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. In the project view, navigate to PrefabTest > Canvas (expand the prefab). Note the order of the buttons
3. Add the prefab to the scene - note that the button order is completely different and there is no way to change the order of the prefab in the project view
