Project Validation window cannot be deactivated on startup when warnings are present
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-110471"
2. Observe the Project Validation window
Expected result: Option “Do not show on startup“ is present
Actual result: Option “Do not show on startup“ is not present
Reproducible with: 2.5.1(6000.0.55f1), 2.5.2(2023.1.0a1, 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a4)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Enterprise
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Reproducible on devices:
Oculus Quest 2 (Quest 2), CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno 650
Workaround: Fix the warnings and errors present in the window

Resolution Note:
Thank you for raising this issue. After evaluation, we have determined we cannot resolve this issue as a bug fix. This will require a change in the design of our Project Validation tool. We have taken this in as a Feature Request and will evaluate doing this work in a future quarter.
