Installing the Project Tiny package throws a missing UnityEditor.Experimental.U2D namespace error
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Package Manager
3. Download the 'Project Tiny' package
4. See the Console window
Expected result: no errors are thrown
Actual result: missing assembly reference error is thrown
Reproducible with Unity versions: 2019.3.0a10, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with Unity versions: 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a9
Could not test with Unity versions: 2017.4.31f1(Package not available)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.16.1

I have the same problem today, i tried on 3 versions, i can confirm it

Resolution Note:
Tiny does not support the latest 2019.3. The package is also undergoing changes as states in the official forums.
