Project Settings initially open with the Option Area list obscured
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a fresh new Project
- Navigate to Edit > Project Settings...
- Observe the draggable separation edge between the individual Project Settings and the actual settings for that area
Actual results: The Project Settings Window is initially opened with the separation draggable edge as far as it can be on the left side
Expected results: The Project Settings Window opens with the edge in a position that allows users to instantly observe all the areas of the Project Settings
Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.45f1, 6000.1.0b14
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0a8 (Behavior seems to have changed)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
