Project connection to Unity Cloud fails when project title and Unity organization has longer titles
Steps to reproduce:
Case 1
- Create a Unity Organization with the 40 symbols title
- Select that new org in project creation
- Create a project with a title "231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBC"
- Verify that project becomes created
- Select it
- Disconnect it
- Select it again and try to connect it with the same org
- If connection is successful, try one more time with other org
- Connect it again and disconnect it again
- Execute it with different orgs with shorter titles and max possible titles
- Always observe the result
Case 2
- Create a Unity Organization with the 40 symbols title
- Select that new org in project creation
- Enter this title "231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231231AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBC"

- Observe the result
Actual results: User gets an error "Could not connect project. Try again"
Expected results: Connection to Unity Cloud should work, or new validation for the Unity org and Project titles should be updated
