[Project Browser] Failed to import a package from asset store if unity Editor and asset store are signed in with different IDs
When Unity Editor and Unity Asset store are signed in with two different accounts then any asset fails to download, refer attached video.
Steps to repro:
1 Create a new project.
2 Make sure that user is logged in Editor.
3 Project > Search by type > Model > Asset Store: 999+/999+
4 Select an asset from Free Assets section > Import Package
5 Inspector > Import Package
6 Log in to Asset store with different user Id.
Actual Result:
Failed to download assets with 'Error building Package ' popup.
Expected Result:
"Signing in with different user ID" massage is prompt or Asset is downloaded successfully.

2020.1.0a15, 2019.3.0f2, 2019.2.0f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2018.4.14f1, 2017.4.35f1, 2017.1.5f1.
Environment:
Windows 10 & macOS 10.14

i cant import models on unity it said "failed to copy" how can i remove it and im new to unity
