Project Auditor Build's "Start Time" and "End Time" fields show incorrect time
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Build the project
3. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Project Auditor -> Start Analysis
4. In Project Auditor, go to Build -> Information
5. Observe "Start Time" and "End Time" fields
Expected results: The time is correct
Actual results: The time is incorrect (2 hours less)
Reproducible with: 6000.2.11f1, 6000.3.0b10, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
