[ProGrids] Two overlapping menus appear in the Scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty project
2. Install ProGrids package
3. In the Scene view, expand and collapse the ProGrids dropdown menu
Expected result: There is only one ProGrid menu in the Scene view
Actual result: There are two overlapping ProGrid menus in the Scene view
Reproducible with: 3.0.3-preview.6(2019.4.4f1, 2020.1.11f1)
