Progress process nesting in Progress Window does not work for 3 or more levels
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ProgressNesting.zip"
2. Click "Bug > Start Progress" in the menu bar
3. Click on "Multiple Tasks(4)" in the down-right corner to open the Background Tasks window
Expected result: Notice how Level 3 is under Level 4 and Level 4 is not under anything
Actual result: Levels are nested one after another
Reproducible with - 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0a10, 2021.2.0a2
Could not test with (no Progress package) - 2018.4, 2019.4
