Progress Bar's Low and High value are not accessible through script
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "LowHighValues.zip" project
2. Open the "ui.cs" script
3. Write "bar.lowValue" or "bar.highValue" in the Start method
Expected result: lowValue and highValue properties are accessible through script
Actual result: lowValue and highValue properties are not accessible through script
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a3, 2022.1.0a5
Can't test with: 2021.1 or below (Due to errors from the UI Toolkit package)
