Progress bar is always at 100% when importing folder with multiple assets through File Explorer
How to reproduce:
1. Open an empty project
2. Open the File Explorer and import the attached "A.zip" folder to the Assets folder of the project
3. Observe the Progress bar
Expected result: The progress bar is progressing for each imported texture in the added folder
Actual result: The progress bar is always at 100%
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.141, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.2.21f1, 2021.2.0a5, 2021.2.0b3, 2022.1.0a1
Notes:
1. Issue is not reproducible when importing assets that are not in the folder
2. Issue is not reproducible when dragging a folder with assets from File Explorer to Editor Project view
