Profiler's TImeline scrolling is way slower that other vertical scrollbars in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Profiler
3. Enter the Play mode, record for some time, and exit the Play mode
4. In the Profiler, select the "CPU Usage"
5. In the Timeline, expand the "Job" section
6. Scroll the Timeline using the scroll wheel on the mouse and observe the results
Expected results: The scrollbar moves with the same speed as the scrollbars across the Editor
Actual results: The scrollbar moves slowly
Reproducible with: 6000.0.71f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.1f1, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24, Windows 11 with the mouse
Not reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1) with the touchpad
