Profiler thread drop-down gets locked when it is left on a transient thread
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "1111678-ProfilerThreads.zip" project
2. Open the Profiler window
3. Enter Play Mode (the game will pause after 1 second)
4. In the Profiler, select any frame
5. In the Module details panel (bottom section of the Profiler), switch to the "Hierarchy" view
6. Select the "AAA.PrintTime" thread
7. Exit Play Mode
8. Clear the Profiler
9. In the Hierarchy window, disable the "SomeThread" GameObject
10. Save the Scene
11. Enter Play Mode
12. In the Profiler, select any frame
13. In the Module details panel, attempt to change the thread
Expected result: The thread can be changed
Actual result: The thread is locked to "AAA.PrintTime" and cannot be changed
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0b1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a12
