[Profiler] Crashing when RefreshV2 is called during Application::CoreShutdown
Steps to repro:
1a. Open a new HDRP template project
1b. Open profiler window
2. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Player
3. Toggle "Enable virtual texturing support"
4. Select restart
5. Observe crash in editor log
Expected: No crash, editor restarts successfully
Actual: Crash, silently doesn't restart
Reproducible with: 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.0b16, 2020.2.0a15
Note: Does not reproduce when the Profiler window is not open
