Processor spikes in "WaitForTargetFPS" when performing work on background threads
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open the profiler
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Observe profiler
Expected result: steady performance
Actual result: performance spikes when calling functions on background threads
Reproduced on 5.5.3f1, 5.6.0f3, 2017.1.0b1
5.6.0p1 appears to crash when attempting to do the same
Notes:
-the spikes in the reproduction project go from 50-150 ms, whereas the user mentions his main project stalls up to 1 second
