Procedural sun is absent from skybox when scene is additively loaded via Asset Bundle
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (Skybox_Sun.zip)
2. Open the Main Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Note the lack of Sun in the Game View
5. Drag the CustomSkybox material into the Skybox Material field in the Lighting Settings(replace the existing one)
6. Note that the sun does appear
Expected result: sun is present in skybox when a Scene is additively loaded via Asset Bundle
Actual result: sun is absent from skybox when a Scene is additively loaded via Asset Bundle
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a8, 2019.3.7f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0b5, 2020.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.0a7, 2019.3.8f1, 2019.3.9f1, 2020.2.0a4, 2020.2.0a7
