[ProBuilder] Undo completely reverts all Shape Editing actions
How to reproduces:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the SampleScene. There should be a sphere already there
3. Edit the Sphere's Shape in multiple steps: delete some faces, move some vertices, bevel some edges, etc
4. Press Undo
Expected results: Only the last step is undone
Actual results: All the modifications are undone and the Sphere is back to its original Shape
Reproducible with: 5.0.0-pre.7(2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b6, 2021.2.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 4.4.0, 4.5.0(2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.20f1)
