[ProBuilder] Shape Editor values are not clamped consistently
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case_1273930_repro.zip"
2. Open ProBuilder Window ('Tools' > 'Probuilder' > 'ProBuilder Window')
3. Open 'New Shape' Window
Expected result: Width Segments and Length Segments values are clamped at 512
Actual result: Width Segments and Length Segments are not capped causing the editor to Build the plane for a very long time until a memory limit is reached
Reproducible with - 2018.4.25f1, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.4f1, 2019.2.0b3
Package reproducible with - 4.1.0, 4.3.0-preview.2
