[ProBuilder] Null Reference Exception thrown on applying Subdivide Object on complex New Poly Shape
When a complex New Ploy Shape is created and Subdivide Object is applied on it, then null reference exception thrown in the console
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with the "ProBuilder" package installed.
2. Tools > ProBuilder > ProBuilder Window
3. Dock 'ProBuilder' window.
4. Select New Poly Shape > Add points > Click several times and create a complex, concave shape.
5. Select Subdivide Object
Actual Result :
NullReferenceException thrown on Subdividing New Poly Shape object
using Probuilder Window
Expected Result:
New Poly Shape is subdivided without any errors in the console.

2020.2.0a5, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.1.0a1, 2019.3.7f1,2019.3.0a1, 2019.1.14f1
Probuilder package version: Priview 4.3.0, 4.2.3, 4.2.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.0
