[ProBuilder] Mouse selection Box does not select all Edges
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and navigate to the SampleScene
2. Open the ProBuilder window and switch to the Edge selection mode
3. Draw a selection box using the mouse left-click around the whole sphere
Expected results: All of the edges inside the selection box are selected
Actual results: Some edges are not selected even though they were in the selection box
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.2.21f1(4.0.2, 4.5.0), 2020.2.0b2, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a6(5.0.0-pre.7, 5.0.0-pre.10)
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.2.0b1(4.0.2, 4.5.0, 5.0.0-pre.7)
