[ProBuilder] Inner radius setting does not exist within the Shape Tool window when creating a new stair object
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1407039.zip"
2. In ProBuilder select a new shape
3. Create a new Stair shape
4. Increase the circumference
5. Observe the new Shape Tool window
Expected result: Inner radius UI field is visible in the Shape Tool window
Actual result: No inner radius UI field can be seen in the Shape Tool window
Reproducible with: 5.0.0-pre.7, 5.0.4 (2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0b15, 2022.2.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 4.5.2 (2019.4.37f1)
