Pro Builder "Experimental Features Enabled" remains disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN_15814”
2. Press Edit → Preferences → Pro Builder
3. Check “Experimental Features Enabled”
4. Wait up to 5 minutes and observe "Experimental Features Enabled"
Expected result: "Experimental Features Enabled" is checked
Actual result: "Experimental Features Enabled" is unchecked
Reproducible with: 5.0.6 (2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a11)
Reproducible on Windows 10 Pro
Note: issue doesn’t happen on a new project
