[Preset] Some Project Settings are changed without being applied when editing the Preset of Project Settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "Presets" project
2. Select "PlayerSettings" Preset in Project window
3. In the Inspector expand Other Settings
4. Uncheck "Auto Graphics API for Windows"
5. Open Project Settings (Edit->Project Settings)
6. Select Player on the left side
Expected result: In the Project Settings window the Auto Graphics API for Windows is checked
Actual result: In the Project Settings window the Auto Graphics API for Windows is not checked
Reproducible with: 2018.4.22f1, 2019.3.11f1, 2020.1.0b6, 2020.2.0a8
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1 because Presets were introduced in 2018.1
Note: Changing options under Icon, Resolution and Presentation, Splash Image the settings are not edited in the main Project Settings
