[Preset Manager] Preset is lost on resetting
Preset is lost on resetting
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Add primitive cube
3. Click on Cube > Inspector > Box Collider > Preset
4. Create Preset
5. Select newly created Box Collider Preset > CogWheel > Reset
6. Select any other Game Object and select Box Collider Preset
Actual Result: "Unable to Load Preset, the type is not supported" error is thrown
Expected Result: BoxCollider Preset is selected
Environment:
Mac 10.14 and Windows 10

2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.1.0f2, 2018.3.0f2
