Preserve UVs doesn't preserve UV padding
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "lightmapping_bug" and bake lightmap
3. Select "test_geo" > "Room2" and inspect "Baked Intensity", for example, notice that UV has no padding, although original UV set does have it
