Preferences window becomes empty when changing the Editor Theme multiple times
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Press Edit -> Preferences -> General
3. Change the Editor theme multiple times
Expected result: Preferences window is not empty
Actual result: Preferences window is empty
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a14, 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.1.0a13
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Note: Preferences window goes back to normal once you press somewhere except Editor Theme choices
