[Prefabs] Components with HideFlags.HideInEditor visible when used with a Prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "prefabTest" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Project window, select "Cube" Prefab
3. In Editor menu, select Tools/TestForPrefab
4. In Inspector window, observe "Cube" Prefab's components
Expected result: The newly created components are hidden
Actual result: The newly created components are not hidden
Reproducible with: 2018.4.18f1, 2019.3.4f1, 2020.1.0a26, 2020.2.0a2
Could not test with: 2017.4.37f1 (missing PrefabUtility definitions)
Note:
Issue reproduces when turning a GameObject with hidden components into a prefab.
