Prefab Source and Override foldouts are not functional
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a GameObject (eg. Cube)
3. Drag it into the Project window to create a Prefab
4. Select newly created GameObject and change one of the fields values (eg. Scale X value)
5. Click on Overrides dropdown in the Inspector and click on Transform section
6. Click on Override Transform section foldout to collapse it
Actual result: Foldout does not get collapsed
Expected result: Foldout gets collapsed
Reproducible with: 2021.3.56f1, 2022.3.66f1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.6f1, 6000.3.0b2
Reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4), Windows 11
