Prefab overrides cannot be obtained when Serialized via Property
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “PrefabOverrides“ project
2. Open the Test Runner window (Window > General > Test Runner)
3. Make sure the “EditMode” category is selected
4. Select “Run All”
Expected result: Tests fail and “Found 2 Added Game Objects via SerializedProperty -> ParentPrefab” is logged to the Console
Actual result: Tests pass and “Found 0 Added Game Objects via SerializedProperty -> ParentPrefab” is logged to the Console
Reproduced on: 2022.2.0a4, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a16
Not reproduced on: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.2.0a3

Resolution Note:
m_AddedGameObjects and m_AddedComponents are not intended to be used in the public API and they are not in sync with the actual PrefabInstance state.
The synchronization happens only for short periods of time when we write the PrefabInstance to disk.
When we read the PrefabInstance object from disk we keep this information until the Prefab Merging happens and we clear it immediately after
