Post-processing is disabled when using Blitter.BlitTexture
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-70700.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scene.unity
3. Select Assets/Settings/PC_Renderer.asset
4. Change Blitter Bug>Blit Method to "Blit Texture" in the Inspector window
Expected results: Post-processing is not disabled
Actual results: Post-processing is disabled
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b11
Could not test with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.14f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
