Post process Bloom effect disappears and albedo color is ignored after calling SceneManager.LoadScene()
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "Learning_SceneTransition_002"
2. In Project window select Assets --> Materials --> mEyes
3. In Inspector window change HDR color to red
4. Enter the play mode
5. Press space to load second scene
Expected result: Red emission is visible on robots eyes.
Actual result: Emission and Bloom effect disappear and eyes become red.
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0b4, 2018.1.0f2, 2017.4.3f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.1.3p4.
Note: There is no Bloom effect until 2018.1.0b8 version, but emission still disappears.
