Polyspatial Hover state function is inverted on the Z-axis when used in Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-91351.zip” project
2. Build and Run the project
3. In the Player, look at the Quad GameObject
4. Move the headset left and right and observe the Shader on the Quad GameObject
Expected result: Shader is following the Headset XYZ position
Actual result: Z-axis coordinates are flipped causing the Shader to move in the opposite direction
Reproducible with: 2.0.4 (6000.0.42f1), 2.1.2 (6000.0.42f1, 6000.1.0b10, 6000.2.0a6)
Couldn’t test with: 1.3.11 (2022.3.59f1) - Package downgrade compilation errors, due to used methods/features not supported/existing on the older version
Reproducible on: Apple Vision Pro 2.3.1
Testing environment: macOS 15.3.1 (M3)
Notes:
- The issue is only reproducible when following the Z-axis, does not reproduce when moving the headset on the Y-axis
- The issue no longer reproduces if the Position Output on the Z-axis is inverted in the Editor
