PolyShape is not created when the Scene view is in 2D mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Test Probuilder.zip"
2. Click Tools>ProBuilder>Editors>Create PolyShape
3. Create a PolyShape in the Scene view window
Expected results: A PolyShape is created
Actual results: A pink shape is created and no PolyShape appears in the Hierarchy window
Reproducible with: 6.0.1-pre.2 (2023.3.0b9), 6.0.4 (6000.0.24f1, 6000.1.0a1)
Not reproducible with: 5.2.3 (2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1), 6.0.1-pre.1 (6000.0.0b14)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes: Reproduction in the regressed version can be inconsistent and require multiple tries and the Editor restarts
