Polybrush paint tool is not visible on some parts of the Mesh when Scene View Camera is within enclosed GameObject
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's "case_1306986-Project.zip" Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Open the Polybrush tool Window (Tools->Polybrush->Polybrush Window)
3. In Hierarchy, select the "cube" GameObject
4. In the Polybrush Window, select the Vertex Color painting tool
5. Move the Scene View Camera inside the "cube" GameObject
6. Rotate the Camera
7. Try painting with the Polybrush tool
Expected result: Polybrush painting tool works the same as outside of the object
Actual result: Brush doesn't appear on some parts of the Mesh
Reproducible with: 1.1.0-pre.1 (2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.18f1, .2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3)
