Point light intensity changes based on camera angle in scene editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open project "735055_repro.zip"
2. Open scene "Scenes/Levels/Holy.unity"
3. At the end which has red light, looking at lights from above so that they would be at the top edge of the screen, slight movements cause light changes - they become more or less bright (see attached video "video_735055.mp4")
